Large-scale wastewater treatment tank
(membrane bioreactor type)
Kubota's wastewater treatment tanks for water treatment are used to preserve the environment in areas where sewerage systems are rarely installed. Specifically, our submerged membrane system contributes to the advanced and stable treatment of water, while our carrier flow system constitutes a compact water treatment system. Thus, Kubota offers diverse solutions for water treatment environments according to the treatment level, application, and purpose. The above photo is a large-scale wastewater treatment tank (membrane bioreactor system) installed at a public facility. |

Small-scale wastewater treatment tank (compact type)
This is a home-use box-type wastewater treatment tank in which Kubota's advanced water treatment technologies are integrated. Specifically, the tank adopts a two-stage process of a carrier flow system and a contact aeration process to ensure stable water treatment. |

Small-scale wastewater treatment tank (membrane bioreactor type)
This is Kubota's proprietary membrane bioreactor system where a highly-concentrated activated sludge system is coupled with submerged fine-pore membranes to perform advanced water treatment. Treated water can be reused, without post-treatment, as flush water for toilet and spray water. |

Middle-scale wastewater treatment tank
This wastewater treatment tank, for use by 50 people or less, can be easily installed in a short time. The compact design economizes cost for the disposal of waste soil at installation. The horizontal filtrating system allows the inspection of the tank from the manhole, thereby ensuring easy maintenance. The wastewater treatment tank has a peak-cut flow regulator that supports a sharp increase of inflow water during, for example, dinner and bathing. |

Large-scale wastewater treatment tank
(Flow-controlled carrier flow filtration recycling type )
This type of wastewater treatment tank targets 51 people or more. The above tank is for use by up to 436 people. Since this type of tank adopts a carrier flow filtration system and incorporates a flow volume control function, it is able to perform stable water treatment for condominiums, stores, plants, and other large-scale buildings.
